About This Programme

The Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Information Technology is a cutting-edge two-year programme that equips graduates with the legal and management knowledge needed to navigate the rapidly evolving digital world. As India accelerates its digital transformation, legal professionals with expertise in cyber law are among the most sought-after in the country.

The programme introduces the Cyber world and Cyber Law in general, explains the various facets of cybercrime, and enhances students' understanding of problems arising from online transactions and the ways to find solutions. It covers IT Act 2000 and its amendments, data privacy, electronic contracts, digital signatures, e-commerce law, IPR issues in cyberspace, and the regulation of cyber space at the national and international level — alongside core management disciplines.

Who Can Apply?

Graduates in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates with a background in Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Management are particularly well-suited for this programme.
Working professionals in technology, banking, government, or legal services seeking specialisation in digital law are also encouraged to apply.
